The Raw before SummerSlam started off on a dramatic note with Seth Freakin Rollins rolling into the stage in eccentric gear. He reminded the world once again of his specified role in SummerSlam. Next, we got the entry of the two main characters from Rollins’ SummerSlam affairs, CM Punk, and Drew Mclntyre. Leaving no space for them to initiate any drama, The Visionary quickly laid out his referee vision for the grudge match scheduled on August 3rd. That said, Punk non-surprisingly fired back but seemingly messed up with his sentence fling big time.
Rollins stood between the Scotsman and the Second City Saint and sensed tension that could escalate. To let it not spread further, he clearly said the duo couldn’t touch each other until their official match hour kicked in. Otherwise, the match will be called off. While CM Punk was on Rollins’ bad book since the beginning, Mclntyre jumped on to exploit that in his faith as he mistakenly thought this was an advantage for him. Rollins quickly put a dent in his thoughts by reiterating that he hates him as much as he hates Punk. Now, when CM Punk got his hands on the mic, he dubbed Rollins as a ‘boot-licking office boy. Then he went on to attack both Rollins and his arch nemesis, standing over there noting they both suffer ‘for’ Punk arrangement syndrome. The ‘for’ instead of from was clearly a botch you might have missed.
