Taylor Pendrith and his wife, Megan Beirnes, got married in December 2021. The couple is said to have met in 2016 via another Canadian PGA Tour winner, Corey Conners, and his wife Malory Conners. Megan is a nurse who specializes in the study of blood and blood diseases and administers chemotherapy. The couple has a son, named Hayes Austin Pendrith, who was born in October 2022.
On 1st November 2022, Taylor Pendrith took to Instagram to welcome his son by posting the newborn’s photos and tagging it, “Welcome to the world, little dude!” The little guy seems to enjoy being in the water, with a photo of him smiling ear to ear in a bathtub and another of him in a swimming pool. Autin looked delightfully happy on his bicycle too which had red balloons. Oh, and his first birthday had the blue and white themed decor, with Austin looking very cheerful.
Austin is a happy baby who loves to play with his father. He loves his mama just like his father does, as claimed by the golfer. Taylor Pendrith posted a heartfelt message for his little one as he turned one. He wrote, “Happy 1st Birthday buddy!! The year has flown by. Hearing you talk, watching you take your first steps, laughing at everything, and seeing you share the same love for mama as me has been magical. Love you Hayesy

Hayesy was also seen with his mom on the course when his father won his first PGA Tour event, the 2024 CJ Cup Byron Nelson held in May. The pro sank the putt and embraced his caddie in elation. His wife and kid came soon after, and Pendrith picked his son up with a huge smile on his face and shared an intimate moment with his wife. He also gave a post-match interview to CBS Sports.

During the interview, Pendrith had his baby boy in his arms and said that he was “super thrilled” to have made the last putt, but he also felt for Ben Kohles, who he thought “played great again.” When asked about the presence of his wife and baby at the course to support him, Pendrith called their presence “super special” while also admitting that he hasn’t had the best year professionally. But again reiterated how special his family’s presence is for him and how his wife is his “support staff.”
Wearing a gray hat, baby Hayes Austin seemed like a handful and was constantly keeping his father on his toes, even grabbing at the mic during the interview. Pendrith has also shared more than a few posts on Instagram featuring his baby boy, one alone with his mother on Mother’s Day where he mentioned that how lucky he and Hayes are to have Megan in their lives.
The baby boy apparently has his dad’s athletic genes, with reports of him already playing soccer in Florida as per the PGA Tour website. So, how cute do you find Pendrith’s little one?
