He started off with a dribbling package that ended up with a finish similar to that of LeBron’s iconic game-winner vs Toronto Raptors in 2018. He didn’t stop there though. The ending is the highlight. Why? Well, it’s a thunderous right-handed dunk, showing off his now fully developed right-handed finishing like his father, Dwyane Wade. With a caption that seems to be a message to others. Or rather for himself! It wrote, “its a lot weighin’ on my shoulder, I ain’t ever gon fold up -ENJOYTHETRAFFIC.”
As the son of a Hall of Famer, expectations put on the 23-year-old are quite high. Sometimes, it becomes too heavy and tiresome. Even more so because he used to play with Bronny James at Sierra Canyon during their high school days. With Bronny joining the Lakers, Z Wade has been on the receiving end of criticisms and disappointments. But the young man is serious about his path to the NBA. At least, he’s ‘enjoying the traffic’ as D-Wade says. Besides basketball, the Chicago lad has interests in fashion, music, and entrepreneurship. Like father, like son.

He always wants his boy to go above and beyond in everything he does. And Z-Wade takes his advice seriously.
As a part of his creative pursuit, Zaire Wade launched his clothing brand YNG-DNA in 2021. The line provides sustainable and stylish casual and athletic wear. Shortly after, Zaire partnered with The Worldwide Asset eXchange (WAX) and Electric Token for NFT products.
