To you, Colorado and Deion Sanders might be synonymous with college football. But that isn’t necessarily the reality for the former No. 1 man of the United States, President Barack Obama. No, you didn’t land in a political opinion piece by chance. It’s just that ‘No drama, Obama,’ purposefully or accidentally chimed in one of the biggest week 8 rivalries brewing in the college football realm, and it’s a straightway side-taking.
Barack Obama, 60, seems to be a wholehearted Arizona fan. Ahead of the Wildcats’ face-off against Deion Sanders’ Colorado Buffs in another huge Big 12 clash, the political prodigy of the nation showed zero hesitation to side with the former. While attending a campaign for VP Kamala Harris in Tucson, Arizona, the veteran politician noted, ‘It’s good to be back in Tucson, and I appreciate y’all coming out the day before homecoming,” Obama said. “As we landed, we saw Colorado’s busses at the airport, and I know you know Colorado’s got a couple good players, but I also know you guys beaten them twice a row, so don’t bet against the Wildcats tomorrow.”

It might just be a lighthearted dig or a die-hard fan dishing out his emotion. We never know, but the former POTUS is wholeheartedly with the Wildcats.
