Kisner plays for the Jupiter Links Golf Club, Tiger Woods’s team. His team also has Tom Kim and Max Homa. But for some reason, Kisner, who is the senior-most outside of Woods, gets caught in awkward situations at the SoFi Center.
During the first match of Jupiter Links, Kisner had a stroke from the greenside bunker at the par-3 14th hole. What was supposed to be a feathery stroke turned out to be a rocket as it hit the flagpole with force and had people ducking for cover. Post-match, Woods described that Kisner’s bunker shot was one of the “funniest” moments he’d ever seen, saying, “It was just one of those weird nights.”
Spiranac, who found the situation too funny, had tweeted, “One of us! One of us! One of us!”, referring to the fact that Kisner plays more like a normal person rather than a professional golfer. And now, she has tweeted that again after the four-time PGA Tour winner has found himself in another situation he rather not have.
At the par-3 hole 5, Kisner was teeing off. However, he shanked the shot and ended up nearly missing the simulator. This prompted Spiranac to bring out her catchphrase once again saying, “One of us! One of us! One of us!”

With Tiger Woods’s absence during the fourth game, Kevin Kisner is the only player in the Jupiter Links Golf Club who has played all four matches so far. One fan promptly asked the question, “Why are they still throwing Kis out there? It’s getting embarrassing, and I love him.” But Kisner has had his moments. He scored the winning playoff point in the sole win for Jupiter Links Golf Club against Boston Common Golf. Even against the Bay Golf Club, Kisner out duelled Shane Lowry in the singles, gaining 1 point to the Irishman’s 0.
The University of Georgia grad also works as a lead analyst for NBC Sports. So is it safe to say that golf is more or less part-time for him now? At least one fan thinks so, explaining, “Kisner almost missed the simulator. Starting to look like a hobby.”
Another fan echoed Spiranac’s thoughts. He stated that the 2021 Wyndham Championship winner looked very normal compared to the other professional golfers out there at the SoFi Center. “Kiz’s TGL performances are the closest we’re gonna get to the “what would happen if you put a normal person in the Olympics?” experiment”
Jupiter Links Golf Club has been constantly finding itself in funny situations. Last game, Tiger Woods was involved in a mishap. On the 13th hole in the match against the New York Golf Club, Woods thought he had 99 yards to the hole. He pulled out his sand wedge and hit a stroke and then realized something was wrong. He actually had 199 yards to the pin, not 99. “You said 99 yards!? I heard you say 99, not 199.” Woods stated after the shot, unable to believe his error. One fan believed that all these mishaps were so horrendous that the only way this could happen was if it was planned. A probable conspiracy theory. “Im beginning to wonder if some of these mistakes are for media attention. Only way this show can get recognized. Last week tiger hit 99yds instead of 199,” the netizen stated.
