Stewart Cink is a top-to-bottom Ping golfer. The eight-time PGA Tour winner has been tied with the Phoenix-HQ brand since 2019. The financial details of that partnership are not known. But Cink had been using a Ping putter, driver, and irons for almost a year before he signed with the equipment giant.
Interestingly, per a Golf Digest report, one condition of the deal was Cink had to have at least 11 Ping clubs on his bag at any given time. The first of those eleven is the G430 Max 10K Driver with a 10.5° loft. A Graphite Design Tour AD XC 6 X fits the longest club in his arsenal.
Cink also uses a G403 Max fairway woods with a 15° loft. Project X HZRDUS Smoke Green Small Batch 70 6.5 TX shaft fits his fairway woods. Like the driver, this fairway wood also comes with carbon fly wrap technology.
A G430 Hybrid also finds a place in Cink’s bag. The hybrid is fitted with a Project X HZRDUS Black 90 HY 6.5 shaft. Coming to irons, Stewart Cink utilizes i210 irons (2,4,6). In 2021, when he last won on the PGA Tour, Stewart Cink was 38th reaching greens in regulation and 34th from approach from 220-250 yards. Even in the $3M-purse Charles Schwab Cup Championship, Cink is the third-best in reaching the greens in regulation. Cink was one of the hot favorites to lift the trophy.
Cink also carries Ping Blueprint T irons (8I-PW) and i230 irons (UW). His irons are fitted with True Temper Dynamic Golf Tour Issue X100 shaft. While approach play is definitely one of Cink’s forte, short game forms the base of his game. Perhaps that’s why Cink carries wedges from two different brands.

In 2004, arguably his best season on Tour (he won twice), Cink was near the top in both scrambling and putting. Twenty years later, the eight-time PGA Tour winner is still banking on his elite short game to net his second senior tour victory. Cink uses two wedges – Ping Glide Forged with a 56° loft and Titleist Vokey Design WedgeWorks with a 60° loft. Both are again fitted with True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue X100 shafts.

At the Phoenix Country Club, Stewart Cink is T9 in sand saves, and T5 in scrambling. Not just that, Cink is also leaning on his putting (T1 in putts per GIR%) for a victory. The 2009 Open Champion prefers Ping Ketsch Vault 2.0 over the more popular Ping PLC Prototype. It is believed that only Stewart Cink has the Ketsch putter in his bag. The 51-year-old uses a Titleist Pro V1X golf ball and Golf Pride Tour Velvet Align gripes.
